| Donald Gustafson Position: Director Mr. Don Gustafson has over forty years of experience in exploration and development of mineral properties. Mr. Gustafson is a former Director of Golden Cycle Gold Corporation which was acquired pursuant to a takeover bid by AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. He previously served as Homestake Mining Company's Manager of Deposit Development where he played a significant role in the discovery and development of the McLaughlin gold mine in Northern California. He also held the position of Vice President and Director of Exploration for Homestake International Minerals Ltd., where he concentrated on the Asian, South Pacific, Central and South American regions. |
