| Michel Boudrie Position: Country Manager - French Guiana Mr. Boudrie is a professional geologist with over 36 years of experience in the mining industry, more precisely in the exploration and development of gold projects in Europe, West Africa and South America. Mr. Boudrie obtained a Ph.D. in Mineralogy from the University of Toulouse, France, in 1977, and during his career, has worked for a number of mining companies such as Cominco, BP Minerals, Rio Tinto, Billiton, Golden Star, Armina Ressources Minières. Mr. Boudrie has over 18 years of experience exploring French Guiana and has been involved in the Paul Isnard project since 1998, including in the position of Project and Regional Manager for Golden Star. His familiarity with French mining regulations and the mining community in French Guiana and his past contribution to the Paul Isnard project are an asset in moving the Montagne d'Or deposit to the mine feasibility stage.
