Robert Giustra - President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Giustra holds an Economics degree from the University of Western Ontario. His experience in public markets began during his employment in the Investor Relations Department of the Barrington Communication Group Inc., a Vancouver based public relations firm. He later joined the national firm of Jones Gable & Company Ltd., in the capacity of Registered Representative. In 1994, he joined Whalen Beliveau & Associates Inc., as an institutional securities broker where he co-founded the Institutional Group, which during his tenure raised more than $84 million in the form of venture capital equity financing for public companies in diverse industries, of which $68 million was for junior mining companies. Since 1997, Mr. Giustra has been actively engaged in the creation, development, restructuring and management of publicly-traded junior mining companies.

Kenneth Judge - Chairman and Director

Mr. Judge completed degrees in Commerce, Jurisprudence and Laws at the University of Western Australia before qualifying as a Barrister and Solicitor specializing in international mergers and acquisitions law. Mr. Judge is a resident of Monaco from where he is involved in private investment and restructuring technology, resource and oil and gas companies. Mr. Judge has extensive business management experience having held a number of public company directorships and more recently having been engaged in the establishment or corporate restructure of technology, mining and oil and gas companies in Australia, the UK, US, Brazil, Argentina, Canada and the Philippines.

John Prochnau* - Director

John Prochnau is a mining engineer and geologist with degrees from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA and McGill University, Montreal, Canada.

Early in his career, Mr. Prochnau held management positions with Selection Trust Group, where he was in charge of American operations and the discovery and development of the Alligator Ridge Gold Mine in Nevada, and Billiton International Metals B.V. of the Netherlands. He formed his consulting company in 1984 and has subsequently managed several private exploration syndicates and publicly-listed mineral companies responsible for a number of gold and base-metal discoveries and mine developments in the United States, South America and Australia.

Mr. Prochnau was founder of Brancote Holdings plc of which he was managing director until 1999. Brancote Holdings plc's Argentinean subsidiary, Minera El Desquite S.A., discovered the high-grade Esquel Gold Deposit which was acquired by Meridian Gold Corp. for US$368 million.

Gil Atzmon - Director

Mr. Atzmon has over 20 years' experience in the mineral resource sector. His career has included positions as a mining fund manager, investment banker and mining executive. Mr. Atzmon has participated in many global exploration and mining projects. Mr. Atzmon holds a BA in Geology and Geography from Columbia University and an MA in Energy and Mineral Resources from the University of Texas at Austin.

Sean McGrath - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McGrath is a professional accountant who has spent the last nine years providing financial management services to publicly traded companies, with emphasis on junior mineral exploration and oil and gas exploration companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from Memorial University of Newfoundand and has attained two professional accounting designations - CGA and CPA.

Jacqueline Collins - Corporate Secretary

Ms. Collins is a Securities/Corporate Finance Paralegal with over 21 years experience as a legal administrator, corporate secretary and paralegal at both independent and national law firms, and with public resource companies. She specializes in the preparation, finalization and filing of all securities documents for US and Canadian foreign and domestic issuers with Canadian and US securities regulators, including all continuous disclosure documents.
